Mrs Dalloway’s Party  is a collection of seven short stories by Virginia Woolf written between 1922 and 1927, the same period in which she wrote her novel, Mrs Dalloway.  The stories explore the emotions and anxieties experienced by the guests of the party at the centre of the novel.  In this podcast recorded at the 2011 Small Wonder Festival, Di Spears, Editor of Readings for BBC Radio 4, introduces Juliet Stevenson and Sylvestra le Touzel reading the stories ‘Mrs Dalloway in Bond Street’ and ‘The New Dress’.
